Thomas Beckner is Creative Director of Video at Hearst Digital Media. Passionate about imagery and story-telling, he started his career working for Peter Jennings’ The Documentary Group. His work as a producer and DP has been broadcast across networks including ABC, PBS, HBO, ARTE, Discovery, Travel Channel, TVGN, and more. Originally from Tennessee, Thomas lived in Paris for 6 years and has traveled everywhere from the Maldives to Ecuador.
He also founded Inside Elsewhere, a travel-inspired site for free spirits.
